I have found myself broderline obsessed with my new Warrior Granuaile. I have spent most of my game time leveling her. She is now 23 and soon will be 24. Her Mining is at 123 already and her Blcaksmithing is nearly 130. I think it has a lot to do with the fact that my Warrior Pallanen was my first character and I had to do everything the hard way. At times it was very hard trying to figure out how to play the Warrior and being without materials and money all the time.
Now Pally spoils her little Warrior sister and doing the hard quests isn't so hard anymore. Avoiding the mistakes is easy too. Granuaile has almost all blues for armor. Her weapons are always the best available. Blues only. Pallanen mines for her all the time so her skills are pretty high for her level. And of course, her sister Merenwen enchants everything she uses. Jaelle makes her potions of all kinds. Earane makes her nice jewelry. She is a spoiled sister for sure. lol
I have given the other girls precious little play time. I am getting tired of Grainne's xp bar turning purple all the time so I think I will slow down with her the next few days until it is all blue again. But that is hard. She just got the Fire-hardened Mail quest(s) and I really want to do those. :P
It doesn't help that my best friend Lisa started a Druid at about the same time. She loves her Druid and we have done a lot of quests together. The 2 characters are the same level still. Plus her 70 Hunter helps Granuaile with instances and Pallanen helps her Druid the same way. It has worked out well for both of us. (I think Lisa is obsessed with her new girl too.)
I suppose this is what the term "Twink" is all about. I don't care for the term but I get it now.
I read recently that with the new expansion anyone with a level 80 can make one of the new characters available with the add on. The new alts will alos be high level to start with. It should be very cool. That is excellent but presents a problem. I already have 10 toons. I'll have to delete one of them. Or move one to a different server. I am reluctant to do either thing but I will want one of the new ones on this server. I may make one of my girls rich and transfer her to a different server. Then I'll have the space available for the new girl when Pally hits 80. Oh, decisions, decisions.... lol

I know all about the blue and purple on the XP bar. I guess this is one of the few times that Blue is better than purple :) As a fellow person who loves their alts I find I am addicted to the double. I always switch when double is gone unless in the middle of an instance. I think you should start on a new server. If you want to grow your "harem". I know your not super impressed with your horde toons. Maybe delete and start over with them on another server. I always keep them on separate servers. So far I am on 7 servers total. I like it sucks that you can't mail stuff...but you will eventually get one that is good to help the others out. So far I have horde on: Chromaggus, Feathermoon, Burning Legion. Alliance on: Malfurion, Blackrock, Anub'Arak, Exodar. Also Happy New Year

About Me: I started playing WoW after my best friend bugged me to play. I soon learned that I really liked it. Now 2 years later I still play and have 20 characters. LOL I am no gaming expert.
